Herroepingsrecht (Bedenktijd)

U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren.
Na annulering heeft u nogmaals 14 dagen de tijd om het product retour te sturen.

Wanneer u gebruikmaakt van dit recht, ontvangt u het volledige orderbedrag inclusief de verzendkosten van de heenzending terug.
De kosten voor de retourzending van uw adres naar onze webwinkel zijn voor eigen rekening.
Deze bedragen doorgaans ongeveer €7,25 per pakket (raadpleeg voor de exacte tarieven de website van uw vervoerder).

Voorwaarden voor retourzending

Als u gebruikmaakt van uw herroepingsrecht, verzoeken wij u het product:

  • samen met alle geleverde toebehoren,

  • en – indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking
    aan ons te retourneren.

Is het product of de verpakking meer beschadigd dan nodig is om het te beoordelen of te verkopen, dan kan waardevermindering worden doorberekend.
Behandel het product daarom met zorg en verpak het goed bij het retourneren.

Hoe kunt u gebruikmaken van dit recht?

Neem contact met ons op via info@vinylsingles.nl om uw retour aan te melden.
Na aanmelding ontvangt u van ons verdere instructies.
Wij storten het verschuldigde bedrag binnen 14 dagen na melding van uw retour terug,
mits het product inmiddels in goede orde retour ontvangen is.

Technisch defect of klacht

Bij een technisch defect aan uw aankoop hanteren wij de volgende werkwijze:

  • U stuurt het vinyl op eigen kosten naar ons terug.

  • Wij beoordelen uw klacht eerlijk en professioneel en testen het vinyl op meerdere platenspelers.

  • Blijkt dat u gelijk heeft, dan vergoeden wij achteraf de retourkosten én ontvangt u uiteraard een passend herstel of terugbetaling.


Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

When you exercise this right, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
The return shipping costs from your address to our store are at your own expense.
These are usually around €7.25 per package (please check your carrier’s website for exact rates).

Conditions for Returns

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, please return the product:

  • together with all supplied accessories,

  • and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.

If the product or its packaging is damaged more than necessary to determine the condition or function,
we may charge a reduction in value.
Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned.

How to Exercise This Right

Please contact us at info@vinylsingles.nl to register your return.
After registration, you will receive further instructions from us.
We will refund the due amount within 14 days after receiving your return notification,
provided that the product has been returned in good condition.

Technical Defect or Complaint

In case of a technical defect with your purchase, we follow the procedure below:

  • You return the vinyl at your own expense.

  • We will assess your complaint fairly and professionally, testing the record on multiple turntables.

  • If it turns out that you are right, we will reimburse the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
