Can a webshop oblige me to pay for my return shipment?
Because some large webshops now offer free returns, consumers sometimes expect that returning an order should always be free. This is certainly not the case. Free returns are a service, but certainly not an obligation. Webshops are free to attach conditions to their return policy themselves. We do NOT pay returns (sorry)
Different price on the vinyl?
Sometimes it may be that there is a different price label on your purchase, which is the real price. The price you paid is the selling price, so we choose not to remove old price labels because there is a good chance that the cover will be damaged. We get / buy our vinyl everywhere and charge a reasonable sale price. But not satisfied just send it back!
Is the vinyl broken?
We mirror (looking at the vinyl in the light) every single LP, etc. usually it is visible if it is not good or has defects, but if we send you a defective copy, we will of course exchange it or give you the FULL amount incl. . postage costs. Always contact us BEFORE you find the right solution.
Ordered but unfortunately no longer available?
We continue to check our stock daily to see if the stock is correct, unfortunately this went wrong in the past with the transfer of web store software supplier so we have not yet been able to check the complete stock. Of course we work hard on that. If this occurs, we will refund you immediately.
How long does a refund take?
We work with sopify payment, paypal, mollie on average it takes 3 to 5 working days for the amount to be credited to you, this depends very much on the payment provider, please be patient, but if you are unsure, call or email us!
