Collection: Vinyl LP 10 Inch

A 10-inch long-playing record (LP) refers to a gramophone record with a diameter of approximately 10 inches, which is equivalent to approximately 25 centimeters. These records were used for playing music and contained grooves in which the sound was engraved.

The 10-inch LPs became especially popular in the 1950s and 1960s before the 12-inch LPs (33 1/3 rpm) became the standard. They offered a significant improvement in sound quality and playing time compared to the earlier 78 rpm records.
