What are your shipping and handling rules?
You pay the postage and part of the packaging costs
Our online store calculates these costs.
We ship our orders with PostNL via Myparcel
Myparcel is a company that makes it easy for us to print labels and track shipments.
Shipping options depend on your choices when ordering.
Only available options can be selected during the ordering process.
We reserve the right to deviate from your choices if we believe this is a better solution.
On the day of shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email containing a Track & Trace code with which you can track the status online on the PostNL or Myparcel website.
Please note: the shipment may not be trackable until later in the day.
When and how will my order be shipped?
We usually ship your order within 48 hours
Nobody home?
The delivery service will then offer your package to your neighbors or at a collection point nearby.
The delivery service will of course leave a card with a "non-home code".
With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up the package.
Can I pick up my order in Houten?
No , unfortunately that is not possible because we ship from multiple addresses.
Do you have everything in stock?
Yes, we actually have what we offer in our warehouse. PLEASE NOTE: sometimes things go wrong and the vinyl is too bad for sale or is not in the warehouse due to an error. Of course, we will immediately refund the amount of this product. If this affects the shipping costs, we will also refund this.
But we do our best to keep this to a minimum.
Can I also order from abroad?
Yes, we deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, other countries are possible, but please contact us
Is that possible to return?
Yes, that is allowed, but we do NOT reimburse return shipping costs!
Of course, if there is some mistake on our part, we will pay for everything.
But please consult us in advance, we will always find a good solution.
What if my shipment has not been received?
Report Post.nl delivered and we will assume that it has been delivered .
Of course, if you report that this is not the case, we will conduct an investigation and it will be binding. Concerned is concerned (we have to hold on to something).
Fortunately, this doesn't happen often.
Please note our advice: choose insured shipment!
then you will always get your money back!
My shipment was delivered but the packaging is completely broken or incomplete.
Take photos of everything, email them and call us after shipment.
Insured shipment will be fully reimbursed.
If we are overconfident, we will look for a solution that is good for both.
